Third chemo going well so far.

June 11 Thank you all for thoughts and prayers. Bob had his 3rd chemo yesterday and it has been the least troublesome yet - so far. But of course, he is taking this Xeloda for 8 days; that is what we think made him so ill the last time, unless is was a virus with a somewhat low WBC count. So he is taking the anti-nausea drug before every meal, not waiting for trouble. He has slept plenty, but in between long naps he is quite functional, re-parking the Suburban (a pain!), getting his own lunch and helping with supper which we ate late out on the porch with all the denizens of our home and then we were joined by Marcus. We are hoping to stay on this track. At this rate he may be just fine for the Clearwater's Great Hudson River Revival. We plan to be at the Oakwood Graduation on Friday to see Sunita Graham graduate. All excited. Will be going from there to a party closer to here.
