Bob's Last Chemo Infusion is Over!!

Here in the AFSC hat is Bob having his 1st chemotherapy infusion in Dr Landau's Bronx office.

After 8 visits with Charlene, Dr. Landau's very efficient and caring chemo nurse we had to had some pictures with her for our ongoing story/blog! Meet Charlene - with Bob and with us. Now 8 1/2 more days of Xeloda and then we are free of poisons - hopefully never to need them again!

Ruben Hilari said...: Thank God, that Bob is OK after his Chemo infusion. In my meetings in Bolivia is frequently to say "I will pray for you" So Just I want to say to you I am praying for you.

Anne & Bob and Norma and Debby, each of the latter two with a child, bought and moved to our home together in 1977. In’78 Deb married George and with her son, Dan, moved to George's place in "the country" (Springfield Center, NY). Soon Yvonne, Julie and Karyn moved in. Anne's parents, sister, cousin and their families and other siblings-by-love have been supportive of our family and are considered kind of family by most of this group. Though we have had stresses and challenges in the past 30 years, we became a loving family, continuing to share the highs and lows of our lives. In 1995 Coumba moved in and shortly gave birth to Rouky, living here for a decade and forming a 2nd generation of children in our home and in our hearts. This home is a place where we can feel all the love we have shared here.
